Olivier MARC, Associé Gérant (Euro China Capital)

• Olivier MARC was based in Hong Kong and work in China as head of finance and strategic development for the German industrial conglomerate MAN AG. Under this position, Olivier conducted acquisitions, set up WOFE subsidiaries and joint-ventures for the group. Before setting up its consulting firm, Euro China Capital in 2004, he worked in the USA for JP Morgan in the mergers and acquisition advisory practice and in Paris for Alstom as VP Finance.
• Olivier graduated in Business and Finance from Audencia, before joining the MBA programme at Duke University, USA. He is board member of various Sino-European Committees, and was appointed Advisor to the French Trade Ministry.

• Franc ZHU is an honor graduate from Fudan University, where he obtained a M.A. in Management and B.A. in Economics. He is also a candidate for DBA (Doctorate Program in Business Administration) in Boston University School of Management.

• Franc has over five years Investment Management & Business Development experiences at a Shanghai listed company, where he has been responsible for strategic planning & non-performing assets disposal and corporate internationalization.

Michael CAO, M.A.

• Michael CAO obtained his master’s degree in Industrial Economics from Fudan University, and dual B.E. degrees in Industrial foreign Trade and Mechanical Automation from Shanghai Jiao Tong University. He also received management training from Insead.
• Michael has over 8-year experiences in financial and investing advisor. He has been Director of Investment Banking at Tebon Securities, in charge of IPO and investment deal. Prior to that, He spent three years in Metersbonwe Group (Sales: RMB 5.0Bn), where he worked as the strategy manager to take charge of the Group’s investment activities.

• Michael GUO obtained his Bachelor of Economics from Fudan University, ranking 2nd upon graduation.
• Michael has many years’ experience in market research and study, especially in commodity market, such as aluminum, steel, coal and cement etc. He has worked in equity research for Lehman Brothers. Before that, he worked as consultant manager in Chinese Aluminum and as a senior staff in the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

• Charlie ZHU obtained his bachelor in Business Administration from Tongji University with a top 10% GPA.
• Charlie has over five-year consulting experiences with 24 cases exposure, from which he acquired deep industry insights in real estate, automobile, retail, media, consumer goods and energy & utility. He was the youngest project manager and the owner of top performance bonus in Roland Berger. Prior to that, he spent one year as a business analyst in Accenture Global Energy Industry Research Center.

Ying LIU, B.A. and M. Sc.

• Ying Liu holds a MSc. in Strategy and International Business from the Norwegian School of Management.
• Ying has been in charge of many projects, ranging from setting up distribution channels, providing on-site consulting services, new product promotion, to market studies in various industries. Prior to that he conducted market research and developed marketing strategies for foreign companies based in China. His expertise also includes offering entry strategies into China.

Yue GONG, B.A.

• Yue GONG obtained her Bachelor of Economics from Fudan University and is currently pursuing her Master of Management degree in ESCP-EAP in Paris.
• Yue is working with Euro China Capital as a long term intern and has participated in several multinational projects. Prior to coming to Paris, she had been working with KPMG as an auditor in Guangzhou, where she contributed to projects ranging from statutory audits for FIEs in China to overseas IPO projects for local enterprises. Before joining KPMG, she was an intern in GE China in Shanghai.
